By browsing, listing a server, or interacting with the site, you agree to comply with these rules.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Discoverse only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Listing or promoting scam, phishing, or fraudulent servers.
Sharing malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
Attempting to interfere with Discoverse's systems, security, or data.
Using automated scripts or bots to manipulate statistics or rankings.
Circumventing or exploiting Discoverse features in unintended ways.

3. Server Listings

When adding or managing a server, you agree that:

You have the right or permission from the server owner to do so.
The server information you provide is truthful and not misleading.
The server complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to:

Remove any server that violates these Conditions or applicable law.
Suspend servers reported for scam, spam, or abuse.
Categorize and restrict NSFW servers to their designated 18+ section.

4. Data & Analytics

Discoverse automatically gathers data from servers through its Discord bot, including:

Member counts and activity levels.
Message volume and timestamps.
Voice channel participation.

This data is used to display rankings and activity metrics.

Private messages and non-public Discord data are never collected.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove or hide any content, listing, or user at our discretion if:

The content violates our rules or Discord's.
The listing is flagged by users for inappropriate or illegal activity.
It is determined to negatively affect the Discoverse community or platform integrity.

Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent bans or blacklisting.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

By using Discoverse, you acknowledge that we process limited data to operate the platform effectively.

All data collection and storage are subject to our upcoming Privacy Policy, which complies with international data protection standards.

Discoverse is a third-party platform and has no control or responsibility over the content, members, or moderation of any Discord server listed.

We do not endorse or verify any server, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of server statistics.

9. Modification of Conditions

We may change or update these Conditions at any time.

Continued use of Discoverse after updates implies acceptance of the revised version.
